Lemony Mustard Dressing

From the Kitchen of Kaly


    • 1/4 C olive oil
    • 3T Dijon mustard
    • 3 T lemon juice
    • 1/2 t salt
    • 1 t pepper


Mix the mustard, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a blender. As the blender is going slowly pour in the olive oil. Adjust for seasoning preference and then store in the fridge for up to two weeks.
