We choose our crops based on three factors: viability in our mountain climate, strong vigor and yield potential, and of course diversity in color and flavor. Below you will find details about what we’re growing and when we’re harvesting various crops, as well as recipes for preparing home cooked meals using our veggies. You can find us on Saturdays at Missoula’s Clark Fork River Market.
